Starting at the top, Jose Aldo vs. Frankie Edgar delivered. Both fighters brought out the best in the other and even though Aldo won decisively in my opinion by taking the first three rounds, Edgar stormed back and arguably took the last two.

Oh and check out the up-kick by Aldo and his off the cage super man kick in the video below!

Antonio Silva was understandably mad going in to his bout with Alistair Overeem with all the trash talk and disrespect he felt his opponent had dealt out over the last couple years.

Yet no one expected the spectacular third round TKO that occurred. In fact, Dana White even commented that the TKO should’ve been recorded as a KO.

Chael Sonnen puts it best when he says in the video below that Demian Maia, “out Fitched, Fitch.”

This one was surprisingly one sided as Maia put a hurtin on Fitch for the entire three round bout.

The Rashad Evans vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira fight just wasn’t impressive enough to warrant adding to the list.

But one interesting development that came out of the bout, was Dana’s claim that since Rashad lost and was out of a potential fight with middleweight champ Anderson Silva, it looks like Chris Weidman will receive his shot.
