International Fight Week has kicked off with the many events taking place either at or in conjunction with the UFC Fan Expo. Here they are:

IMMAF World Championships

The first competition as part of the International Fight Week, the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation World Championships kicks off its’ fourth day of competition on today July 3rd and will continue through to the 5th where the finals will take place at the UFC Fan Expo. Fighters from twenty two MMA country federations started out representing their countries. In addition highlights from the championships will be broadcast on British channel Kombat Sport.

The Ultimate Wrestling Championship

The Ultimate Alliance, a wrestling organization which is a collaboration between the National High School Coaches Association (“NHSCA”), the National United Wrestling Association for Youth (“NUWAY”) and RMN Events (Rocky Mountain Nationals) will be holding The Ultimate Wrestling Championship tournament as a part of International Fight Week and the UFC Fan Expo. The event is a unique way of promoting interest in wrestling and has three days of competition taking place from July 4-6. Two for dual meets and one for an individual tournament. In addition there will be a special exhibition match between the following two wrestlers:

GRAPPLERS QUEST at UFC FAN EXPO

Grappling promotion Grappler’s Quest will hold an event at the UFC Fan Expo from July 5-6 with many divisions including the following:
