President of Hit Supplements, Shawn Fernandez has decided to take the plunge into the world of MMA, as it was announced the company has sponsored the WSOF event this coming September 14, 2013.
As both parties appear to be happy with the deal, Mr. Fernandez certainly felt confident with the turn of events, and highly looks forward to seeing the results.
“Partnering with the World Series of Fighting was a natural fit for us,” said HIT Supplements President Shawn Fernandez. “Everything about MMA, from the intense competition to the caliber of athletes in the cage, screams HIT. When you really understand the amount of training these guys put in and the dedication, it’s easy to see why World Series of Fighting is an event we would want to support.”
WSOF is headlined by MMA heavyweight veterans Andre Arlovski (19-10-1) and Mike Kyle (20-9-1) (2).
Also on the card features two middleweight tournament fights, three Gracie family members, and the second trip to Atlantic City for the organization since its sophomore event.
All action can be seen live at Atlantic City’s Reveal Resort and Casino while those who can’t make it, can catch the main card event on NBC starting live action at 9pm EST.
