Dana White talks to the fighters and mentions that this is the 20th anniversary season of The Ultimate Fighter. He then introduces coaches for the season of Chael Sonnen and Daniel Cormier. Because both coaches are retired, there won’t be a coaches fight after the season.

Episode 2 – 6/3/25
TJ Dillashaw comes in for Team Sonnen training to inspire the fighters and talk about his Ultimate Fighter experience.
Daniil Donchenko defeats Richard Martins via decision in round 2
Episode 3 – 6/10/25
Chael Sonnen brings in former Ultimate Fighter and UFC Strawweight Champion Carla Esparza to talk about the show and bring in some drills.
Imanol Rodriguez defeats Arshiyan Memon via technical knockout in round 1
Episode 4 – 6/16/25
Andreeas Binder is overweight during his weight cut and ultimately can’t make weight. Aware of the situation, Chael Sonnen contacts Daniel Cormier and opponent Jeff Creighton about a catch weight bout. After negotiating, Cormier and Jeff agree to go forward if Sonnen pays Creighton for a certain amount of money per pound overweight.

Episode 6 – 7/1/25
During Team Cormier training, past competitors and former UFC champions, Raquel Pennington and Rose Namajunas appear on the show and help the fighters train.
Matt Dixon defeats Alex Sanchez via technical knockout in round 1
Episode 7 – 7/8/25
Dana White brings the fighters to the UFC Apex to watch the UFC Fight Pass Invitational. While there, Daniel Cormier brings the fighters Cajun food (Cormier is from Louisiana) and several of the fighters are grossed out over exotic food, like frog legs and alligator.
Roybert Echerverria defeats Tumelo Manyamala via submission in round 1
Episode 8 – 7/15/25
Prior to the fight, Ultimate Fighter: Latin America Season 1 winner Yair Rodriguez comes in to talk to the fighters and run drills.
Rodrigo Sezinando defeats Diego Bianchini via decision in round 2
Following the conclusion of the quarterfinals, Daniel Cormier and Chael Sonnen work to seed the semifinal matches.
