Episode three starts out with an introduction about the struggling Dynamic Fitness gym located in Pembroke Pines, Florida under the ownership of Jose Soto and Justin Gonzales. Jose and Justin bought the gym in May 2013; now the gym has failing equipment, is $1.5 million in debut and is loosing $5000 a month as well as members. To make ends meet Jose works an outside job and has appointed his wife Marisol as general manager while Justin simply works out and hits on women. Sales manager Mark, accountant Derry and the other employees are frustrated with the gym’s direction. Among the staff is World Series of Fighting Strawweight Champion Jessica Aguilar.

During recon, Randy Couture and Frank Shamrock are confused by two different signs and notice the wear on the building. They send in decoys John and Mack who inquire about golf fitness and a possible group discount. They are impressed with Mark, but they are not impressed with a black light room. When decoys Beverly, Brooke and Jacey come in and are hit on by Justin who discounts, Randy and Frank walk in to confront Justin. Despite the fact that Randy and Frank criticize Justin’s appearance, he initially refuses to change.

The next day Jose is present, Justin has improved just slightly, and the lack of direction becomes known. For the upcoming FIT challenge, Randy and Frank bring in golf fitness expert Karen Palacios-Jowser. Randy works with Jessica on a MMA fitness program to make the gym unique in offering the two emerging programs. The FIT test starts out strong with Mark making sales, but lack of knowledge on where the golf fitness class is confuses many employees and Justin leaves to help teach the MMA class. When Frank confronts Justin he blows up.

Next day Mark reveals that out of thirty-five people, he only made two sales. When Marisol and Jose are called out on their lack of management, Jose reveals he is considering quitting his day job. After conversations with the main people, Jose decides to instead go on a hiatus and the remodel begins. Dynamic Fitness is re-branded into AMP Fitness with a new setup and as part of the remodel, Justin is given a polo shirt and a date. The traditional end of show text reveals that three months later, AMP earns $45,000 per month and Jose and Marisol have left the gym and sold Jose’s share to Justin.
