~ The Big Picture ~
Do the judges need improvement or do the fighters need to try and keep it out of the judges hands? Rick Story and Max Hollaway both won their fights in my opinion and both fighters were looking for the finish. Hollaway definitely did not lose a unanimous.
We all knew Cain would run through “Bigfoot.” Not taking anything away from Silva, but he is just not in that league. It looks like Dos Santos is going to get his rematch, but should he?
Some feel Dos Santos should fight Josh Barnett and that the winner of Werdum/Big Nog should get the next shot. The only way I would make the Dos Santos/Cain rubber match is if I could get it going for FOX Sports 1, and we all know that won’t happen.
It looks like Benson/Grant will headline that card, and I hate to say it, but that main event isn’t worthy for the first Fox Sports show. I would make GSP vs. Hendricks happen for the fans.
