Episode 4
Trevor Wells and Timur Valiev fight after Wells is cleared and despite Conor McGregor’s attempts to have the fight take place at bantamweight, both coaches eventually agree to a catchweight bout. Timur wins the fight in two rounds.
Episode 5
Brad Katona’s allegiance is questioned due to his membership of Conor McGregor’s gym. Katona eventually fights prospect Carlos Vera and wins in two rounds.
Episode 6
Kurt Holobaugh is notable in that he was signed and cut twice from the UFC, and faces McGregor’s protégé, Lee Hammond. He wins by submission in the second round. At the end of fight, Conor McGregor has a freak out.
Episode 7
Despite a training injury, Jason Knight tries to continue Michael Chandler’s win streak in his fight against Landon Quiñones and does so by submission in the second round.
Episode 8
Team McGregor has only one hope to avoid a clean quarterfinal sweep in The Ultimate Fighter history and it’s in Rico DiSciullo. He does so by knockout out Hunter Azure in the second round. Afterwards, the coaches and Dana White start seeding for the semifinal match ups.
Episode 9
In the first semifinal fight in the all Team Chandler lightweight semifinals, Roosevelt Roberts and Austin Hubbard fight each other and Austin comes out on top after a three round decision win.
Episode 10
Brad Katona decides to defect to Team McGregor for his semifinals match and succeeds in defeating Timur Valiev via a third round decision fight. Thus he guarantees that Team McGregor gets a semifinalist in the bantamweight finals.
Episode 11
The ice bath coaches challenge takes place. Then Chandler teammates Kurt Holobaugh and Jason Knight face off for the second lightweight semifinal spot.
